## Frequently asked questions

**Q: What do you need to set up business email?**

A: We need to know your domain, number of users, current provider and shared address requirements. Together, we identify the domain and administrator access needed for setup. The cost and migration schedule are based on this scope.

**Q: Can you stop my emails from going to spam?**

A: SPF, DKIM and DMARC help authenticate email, but they do not guarantee inbox delivery. Sender reputation, content, recipient complaints and receiving systems’ filters also matter. We review your current configuration and investigate the causes of delivery problems.

**Q: Can my existing emails be migrated?**

A: We assess which messages, contacts and calendar data can be moved based on the existing and new systems. We agree on backup and verification steps before migration. Potential disruption and transfer limits are explained when we prepare the migration plan.

We prepare the setup and accounts your team needs to use email on your company domain. Whether you need new accounts, shared addresses or a different provider, we review the current setup before defining the work.

## A setup that fits your team

We assess Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 against your user count, collaboration habits and existing tools. Alongside individual accounts, we identify any shared addresses you need for enquiries, sales or support.

To get started, share your current provider, domain and the accounts you want to move. We explain licensing requirements and the service scope in the proposal.

## Authentication and delivery checks

We identify which systems send email for your domain and configure the DNS records. If website forms or another sending service are involved, we include them in the review.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are important for authentication and protecting a domain against misuse. Inbox delivery, however, depends on more than these records. [Gmail’s sender guidelines](https://support.google.com/a/answer/81126?hl=en) also cover sending practices and complaint rates.

## Planning the move together

We check whether messages, contacts and calendars can be transferred from the old system. We plan backups, account preparation and sending and receiving tests after migration. Transfer limits and changes that may affect your team are discussed in advance.

After setup, we explain account access and shared addresses to your team. Tell us about your email requirements through the [contact form](/en/contact).
