## Frequently asked questions

**Q: How do you prepare the proposal and timeline?**

A: Together, we define user roles, screens, integrations and the features for the first release. The cost and development schedule follow this scope. Store reviews are considered separately in the launch plan.

**Q: Do you build separate apps for iOS and Android?**

A: We assess the screens and device features needed on each platform first. We identify what can be shared and what needs platform-specific work, then explain the technical approach in the proposal.

**Q: Do you handle app store submissions?**

A: We handle account preparation, store assets, submission and the review process for the App Store and Google Play. We work with you to complete account details and required content. Publication depends on each store’s review.

An app project starts with a clear task: booking an appointment, placing an order, managing a membership or finding information in the field. At uicrea, we work with businesses and agencies from the initial product idea through development.

## Defining the first release

During discovery, we review the users, core tasks and existing systems. Together, we choose which features the first release needs. These decisions shape the budget and schedule.

If the app will use product data, a membership system or other software, we discuss the integrations early. Services that are not yet ready are included in the development plan.

## From user flows to a working app

We begin with wireframes and the transitions between screens. We review key tasks such as signing up, finding information and completing an action in the design. Development starts once the visual design is approved.

We choose the technology to suit device features, integrations and maintenance needs. Error messages, loading states and screens for connection problems are part of the design too.

## Testing and store preparation

Before release, we check the main user flows and integrations. Once store descriptions, images and account details are ready, we handle the submissions. Analytics and crash reporting help identify where the app needs attention after launch.

In our first conversation, we can discuss your audience, the main tasks in the app and your existing systems. Leave your details through the [contact form](/en/contact) to get started.
