This policy explains the information used when you visit the uicrea website or contact us.

The data controller for this website, provided under the uicrea brand, is Yunus Ay, a natural person.

Information you share

The contact form asks for your full name, email address and message. The project enquiry form asks for your full name, email address, phone number, optional company information and service preferences. The reference request form asks for your email address.

When submissions are enabled, this information is used to respond to your request, discuss your project or send the reference link you requested. Submitting a form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Browser and infrastructure information

The site is served through Cloudflare. The provider may process your IP address, request time and browser information when handling connections and security checks.

Cloudflare Turnstile uses browser and connection information to assess automated misuse. Its verification result is checked on the server when a form is submitted.

Optional usage measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used only if you consent to analytics. This helps us understand which content is useful and where people encounter problems when contacting us. Measurement covers:

• Page visits, session and device information, and the language used to view the site.
• Clicks on contact, project, design and live website links, including the section containing the button or link.
• Opening contact, project enquiry and private reference archive forms; starting to fill them in; mobile form steps; error categories; and successful submissions.

These interactions are recorded using predefined codes. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, messages and other form field contents, selected services, free-form error messages and the full destination addresses of external links are not sent to Analytics.

The Google tag does not load before consent. If you decline analytics, no analytics data is sent to Google. You can still use the forms and necessary security checks without this consent. We do not use advertising cookies; ad personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. You can withdraw your preference at any time. Cookies, data transfers and preference management are explained in our Cookie Policy.

Email and external services

When email delivery is enabled, forms use Resend. Email contents may be held by the provider and in recipients’ mailboxes. The website application does not maintain a separate customer database.

Fonts are loaded through Adobe Fonts, which connects your browser to Adobe servers. The services used and their cookie behaviour are explained in our Cookie Policy.

When you follow links to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Figma or project websites, you leave for the relevant service. Those services handle information under their own policies. This website does not directly receive messages you send through those links.

Protection and your rights

The published site uses HTTPS. Form fields and submission requirements are checked on the server. Your information is not sold or shared for advertising targeting.

You can send requests for information, correction or deletion to hello@uicrea.com. Processing purposes, legal grounds and your rights are set out in our Privacy Notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law.

Updates
