This notice explains how personal data is used on the website provided under the uicrea name. For data requests relating to the site, contact hello@uicrea.com.

What information is used?

• Contact form: your full name, email address and message.
• Project enquiry form: your full name, email address, phone number, optional company information and selected services.
• Reference request: the email address to which the archive link will be sent.
• Technical information: infrastructure providers may process your connection address, request time and technical browser information to serve the site and prevent misuse.
• Bot verification: the Cloudflare Turnstile verification token, its result and technical information used in the security check.
• Optional analytics: only with your consent, Google Analytics measures page, session and device information, and the language used to view the site; clicks on project, design, live website and contact links; the section containing a button; opening and starting forms; mobile form steps; error categories; and successful submissions. This includes the processing status of private reference archive requests. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, messages, other field values and selected services are not sent to analytics.

Please do not include identity documents, payment card details, health information or third-party information unrelated to your request in the message field.

Collection methods, purposes and legal grounds

Information is collected electronically through the forms you complete and direct communication channels. Information needed to assess a project request, prepare a proposal and conduct pre-contract discussions is processed under Article 5(2)(c) of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Processing needed to answer general questions and maintain site security is assessed under the legitimate interests condition, taking your fundamental rights into account. Where legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or protection of a right require processing, the applicable legal conditions are used.

Submitting a form does not add you to a marketing list. The acknowledgement in a form is not interpreted as permission for advertising messages or unlimited use of your information. This notice is not, by itself, a declaration of explicit consent.

Recipients and services used

Google Analytics measurement is used to improve site content and contact flows and to understand where people encounter problems in forms. This optional processing is based on your explicit consent. Analytics consent in the cookie panel is separate from the acknowledgement in a submission form. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the site or its forms.

The Google tag does not load before analytics consent; measurement data is sent to Google’s infrastructure only after consent. Interactions are recorded using predefined codes. Form contents, free-form error messages and the full destination addresses of external links are not sent. You can stop measurement and delete Analytics cookies by turning off your analytics preference. Retention periods and preference management are explained in our Cookie Policy.

When submissions are enabled, contact and project enquiry requests are delivered to uicrea’s contact accounts through Resend’s email infrastructure. For reference requests, the link is sent to the requester. The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery. Bot verification also uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Fonts are loaded through a connection to Adobe Fonts.

These providers’ infrastructure may process data outside Türkiye. The conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK apply separately to transfers abroad; the general acknowledgement in a website form does not replace those conditions.

Personal information is not sold or shared for advertising targeting. Lawful requests from competent authorities are assessed separately.

Retention and security

The website application does not create a separate customer database for form contents. When submissions are enabled, records may be held by the email provider and in recipient mailboxes. Records should be retained only for the time needed to handle the request, meet applicable legal obligations and protect rights. Data for which there is no remaining processing reason may be the subject of a request for erasure, destruction or anonymisation.

The published site uses HTTPS connections. Form fields are validated on the server, and checks are applied to reduce automated submissions. Absolute security is not guaranteed for transactions carried out over the internet.

Your rights and how to make a request

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, for what purpose and to whom it is disclosed; request correction of inaccurate information; request erasure or destruction where the relevant conditions are met; and request that recipients be informed of these actions. You may object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Properly submitted applications are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK. Your rights to apply and to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority remain available.
